How do you charge for the work?
We use milestone-based payments for transparency. If you decide to proceed after the video proposal:
- 30% deposit to start.
- 30% at a pre-defined milestone (e.g., core system tested and demo-ready).
- Final 40% when everything is live, debugged, and integrated (due within 7 days).
This setup ensures you only pay as value is delivered. If there is slippage in the timeline or a deliverable that costs us extra resources, it doesn't impact you.
This is the best way to ensure we deliver exactly what we promise, in the timeframe we commit to, while protecting your investment at every stage.
What can I expect to pay?
Projects typically cost between $5k and $75k as a one-time fee. That's a wide range because it depends on the scale, number of workflows, and resources needed for your specific project.
We scope and quote the exact price after the discovery call. The video proposal will include the full cost, timeline, and all details upfront, no hidden extras or surprises.
Are there any ongoing maintenance or monthly fees?
Most solutions run independently once live, with no recurring fees or maintenance contracts required from us.
The vast majority of our projects have zero monthly or ongoing costs after final payment. That's not including the software to run the automations of course. These costs are minimal, often less than $100/month depending on what you already use or add.
If any ongoing monitoring or updates are needed (rare), we'll identify it during scoping and include it transparently in the quote.
What kind of support do you provide after go-live?
Our global dev team is available 24/7. You can lodge a support ticket or live chat for any issues. We aim to respond within 1-2 hours max.
For emergencies, you can call us directly and we'll escalate your issue to the dev team immediately for resolution.
Will I own the automations that you build for us?
Yes. You'll own everything we create. The automations, workflows, documentation, and any custom code belong to you fully upon final payment. We do not retain rights or claim ownership. It's your intellectual property from day one.
Can anyone else work on these automations after they go live?
Yes. We design everything using standard tools and your existing systems with no proprietary black boxes.
Any competent developer or your team can open, understand, and modify them later. We provide full documentation and handoff notes so you're not locked in to only using our business.
Can you teach my team to adjust or change them?
Yes. During the final handover, we do a walkthrough session (usually 1-2 hours) to show your team how the automations work and how to make basic adjustments.
We also include clear documentation. If they need more advanced training or ongoing support, we can arrange that separately.
